Website and Digital Performance Manager
Job Description
We are a design-focused company seeking a Website, SEO, and Paid Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, data-driven and passionate about enhancing the digital presentation of our products and brand. This role combines hands-on website management with strategic oversight of SEO and paid marketing efforts, working closely with agencies and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Website Management:
- Oversee and maintain the online catalog, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and up-to-date inventory for a smooth shopping experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to support and manage promotional campaigns, online sales, and ensure seamless brand and product experiences on the website
SEO Management:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and increase website traffic.
- Oversee and manage SEO agency performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
Paid Marketing:
- Lead and manage paid marketing efforts, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and ad campaigns.
- Work closely with paid marketing agency to optimize campaigns, increase ROI, and achieve established KPIs.
- Develop and implement A/B tests and continuously adjust bidding strategies, keywords, and ad creatives based on data insights.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Set, monitor, and report on KPIs across all digital marketing channels, using data to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Analyze performance data across SEO, paid marketing, and website traffic to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting software to build comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
Strategy & Optimization:
- Develop and implement digital strategy that aligns with business goals and optimizes customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Establish KPIs for SEO, paid marketing, and website performance, continually refining strategy based on performance.
Requirements:
- Experience managing e-commerce sites (preferably on Shopify), including product uploads, promotions, and platform customization.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, SEO, and paid marketing (3+ years preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and report generation.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
- Ability to set clear, measurable KPIs and adapt strategy based on data insights.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant SEO and SEM tools – advantage.
- Experience working with and managing external SEO and paid marketing agencies – advantage.
